ThemeForest is an online marketplace for Wordpress themes and website templates. You can buy and sell themes not only for Wordpress, but also HTML/CSS templates, Joomla templates, and Drupal themes. On the buyer side, prices start at $10 for an already decent theme. This is a great price considering you get a full website template for it.

On the seller side, you can place your templates on the ThemeForest marketplace and earn money off of them. ThemeForest takes a percentage of the price the buyers pay – there are no other fees or initial costs. Do you have a blog? If so, check out Netklix. They have advertisers in many niches that are willing to pay you money if you place their ad on your site – and you don’t have to worry about getting them to advertise on your blog, putting ads up, or billing your advertisers; Netklix does all of this for you.
