3D Illustrator Tutorial: How to Draw a 3D Flower

This is another nice little 3D Illustrator tutorial – this time about drawing a 3D vector flower – using Adobe Illustrator. As in our previous 3D drawing Illustrator tutorial, this is not a “real” 3D object, it only uses Illustrator’s powerful effects tools that emulate a 3D feeling. Where “not real” doesn’t mean that this Illustrator technique is not powerful.

Granted, the picture you get isn’t the most sophisticated. But it is because of Illustrator’s 3D technique why we are posting this free tutorial here. You can use this function to create your own graphic designs on the fly, without having to work in a “grown-up” 3D program. You also get to know Illustrator’s mesh and blend tools.
