This is an advanced InDesign tutorial (which only means that you have to know the software a little bit. It doesn’t mean that only cracks with lots of InDesign experience are able to follow it!), and it shows you exactly how to accomplish the task in Adobe InDesign CS2 and CS3. Depending on your software version, there are two ways of doing it – this will be explained in detail in the tutorial.
