It comes in different files for all Illustrator versions 8+. The files are the brush source. Once you open the .ai file, you’ll see the brushes on your artboard. They are also in the brushes pallette; all you have to do is click on the palette options menu (to the upper right of the palette) and select “Save library as…”.
